AccuScale Filter Presses
The AccuScale range provides the optimum solution for critical laboratory and pilot plant scale filter press applications. Available in 4" and 8" sizes, they offer a high degree of application flexibility, allowing double or even triple serial filtration to be performed in one unit.
The 4" and 8" square plate and frame filters are designed for bench mounting.
The AccuScale 4S is the smallest complete plate and frame filter press from ErtelAlsop.
Its major advantage is that it is designed to accommodate 100x100mm filter sheets. This small sheet size (0,0078m²) is ideal for R&D trials in the laboratory or small pilot plant scale. With the option of different frames, small scale cake filtration applications can be simulated.
Custom requirements can be accommodated.

Its main advantage is that it is designed to accommodate 200x200mm filter sheets. This sheet size (0,029m²) is ideal for R&D experiments in the laboratory or small pilot plant scale. With the option of different frames, small scale cake filtration applications can be simulated.
Customer-specific requirements can be implemented accordingly.

Diamond Series Filter Presses
The Diamond Series offers the optimum solution for critical filter press applications in laboratory and pilot plant scale, where the residual volume is expensive. Due to the special design, maximum filtrate yield is possible.
Available in 4" and 8" sizes, it offers a high degree of flexibility in application. In combination with ErtelAlsop's patented BioClean filter plate technology, it is possible to carry out effective cleaning and sterilization of the liquid contact surface.
The Diamond Series 4D is ErtelAlsop's smallest complete plate and frame filter press with full venting and dewatering.
Another major advantage is that it is designed to accommodate 100x100mm filter sheets. This small filter sheet size (0,0078m²) is ideal for R&D experiments in the laboratory or small pilot plant scale.
